Banana Semolina/Sooji Upma Preparation Time : 10 minutes Cooking Time: 15 minutes Servings : 2 Banana Semolina/Sooji is a quick tasty and nutritious preparation using common ingredients available in Indian kitchen. Ingredients ½ cup (50 gms) Banana Semolina/Sooji ¼ tsp cumin & mustard seeds 10-12 groundnuts jeera powder turmeric powder 4-5 curry leaves 3-4 chopped green chillies 1 finely chopped onion 1 ½ cup hot water salt to taste 2 tsp chopped coriander shev to garnish Method 1) Heat oil in kadai/heavy based pan.
