Delicious Halwa made from Banana Sooji



  Banana Semolina/Suji  Halwa/Sheera



Ingredients


1 cup semolina/rava (100 gms)

1 cup sugar (100 gms)

1 cup water

½ cup ghee

2  ½ cup milk

¼  tsp cardamom powder

4-5 cashews

4-5 almonds

5-6 raisins


Recipe

 1) Heat ½ cup ghee in a pan.

     2) Roast banana semolina/rava for 5 minutes on low flame.

     3) Add 1 cup hot water and 2 ½ cup hot milk. Stir continuously.

     4)  Add sugar

     5)  Put a lid on the pan and steam for 5 minutes.

     6) Add cardamom powder.

    7)  Garnish with cashews, almonds and raisins and serve hot.
