Delicious Chocolate Cake made from Banana Semolina/Sooji


Banana Semolina/Sooji Chocolate Cake 



It's a delicious cake packed  with the multifold health benefits of raw bananas. This highly nutritious cake is low in calories, rich in fiber and extremely good for weight watchers.


INGREDIENTS:

2 full cup Banana Sooji

1 1/2 cup Milk

1 1/2 cup Castor Sugar

1/2 cup Ghee

3 Eggs

3 tsp Cocoa powder

3 tsp Milk Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Vanilla Essence


Procedure:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Butter  the cake pan and dust it with flour, tapping out the excess.

2. In a mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients except Baking Soda and mix properly.

3. Now in a blender add all wet ingredients including eggs and blend to a smooth mixture.

4. Add the blender content to the mixing bowl to mix with dry ingredients forming our batter.

5. Set aside for 5 min.

6. Now add the Baking Soda in the batter and mix properly.

7. Transfer the batter to the cake pan and bake for 30 min.

8. Insert a toothpick ,if it comes out dry our cake is ready.

9. Let it cool for 10 min.


Cooking Tips:

1.You may also add dry fruits of your choice to the cake batter/ on the top of cake this will not only make your cake more nutritious but also give it a good crunch.

2. This cake can also be baked in a cooker (Time:30 min).
