 Raw Banana Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients: 2  cups Raw Banana Flour 2 tsp Cocoa Powder 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 cup Butter, softened 1/2 cup Castor Sugar 1/2 cup  Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 1 cup Chocolate Chips 1/4 cup Nuts (optional) This cookies are a perfect combination of goodness of raw banana &  chocolate flavour.It is the best tea time snack & an healthy snack for kids. Method: 1) Heat oven to 180°C. In a bowl mix flour,  baking powder, cocoa powder and set aside. 2) In large bowl, beat the softened butter and the sugars with electric mixer /with spoon for about 1 minute or until fluffy. 3) Add the vanilla and beat until smooth. Stir in flour mixture just till blended (dough will be stiff). Stir in chocolate chips (and nuts of your choice if desired). 4) On ungreased cookie sheet drop dough by rounded tablespoonful each 2 inches apart. 5) Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown (centers will be soft). This recipe can be deep fried,shallow fried or baked. These cheesy bites are loved by all.
